The Discussion

HR is on the brink of a revolution. After years of struggling to drive employee engagement, improve leadership and build a meaningful culture, it’s no surprise that only 14% believe their internal processes for collaboration are working well (Deloitte). Crucial processes are bogged down by antiquated legacy systems and needless complexity, leaving both employers and employees dissatisfied and disillusioned.

Yet the future of HR is imminent, heralding the opportunity to not only revolutionize the entire employee experience through digital transformation, but to spearhead organizational change. New methods of delivering HR services through mobile apps and digital platforms promise to drive productivity and engagement whilst simplifying the employee experience. With millennials now the largest of four disparate generations in the workforce, the need for a future-proof HR strategy has never been clearer – so, how is your organisation preparing for the HR revolution?

As the skills and expectations of the millennial workforce take hold, how can businesses adapt and excel?

And what steps can you take to ensure your HR department progresses into the digital future?

These questions will form the heart of our collaborative discussion, chaired by name of company, at the Quoras Club. At the Place on the 21st of August, join 15 other senior leaders to discuss and debate these issues over a five-star, three-course meal. Club rules dictate that there are no presentations and the evening is entirely confidential, enabling genuine insights and experiences to be shared in an intimate, engaging setting.
